1.0 Overview
The TS-35F Fully Automatic Three-Knife Trimmer is designed to trim all three edges of books with rough or uneven sides. After book alignment, the pusher carriage securely clamps the book and automatically delivers it to the cutting station for precise three-side trimming, after which the finished product is ejected. This machine is ideal for trimming perfect-bound books and similar products.
Equipped with pneumatic clamping, servo-driven feeding, front and side knife servos, book pushing servo, main drive servo, and an integrated knife platform, the TS-35F ensures high trimming precision, rapid adjustment, and enhanced automation performance.

 

1.1 Operating Process
Once powered on, the book feeding unit delivers the book to the pusher carriage, which clamps it and moves it to the cutting station. The pneumatic press then holds the book firmly in place. The pusher carriage quickly releases and returns to its initial position, ready for the next cycle.
The side knives first trim the left and right edges, followed by the front knife trimming the leading edge. Once cutting is complete, the press releases the book as the pushing mechanism transfers it to the conveyor belt, completing one full trimming cycle.
