1.1 Operating Process
Once powered on, the automatic book feeding system delivers the book to the servo-controlled pusher carriage, which clamps and transfers it to the trimming station. The pneumatic pressing unit secures the book in position. The pusher then retracts, preparing for the next cycle.
Next, the side knives trim the left and right edges, followed by the front knife trimming the face edge. Upon completion, the pressing system releases the book, which is smoothly pushed to the exit conveyor, completing a full trimming cycle.
