1.3 Instructions for Using the Tool Positioning Device (With Illustration)
To ensure operator safety and maintain cutting accuracy, please follow the steps below when using the tool positioning device:
Step 1: Install the Tool Positioning Device
Secure the tool positioning fixture firmly on the designated workbench. Make sure it is level and stable, avoiding any movement during operation.
Step 2: Replace the Blade and Blade Holder
After turning off the machine power, carefully remove the corresponding blade and blade holder. Prepare them for mounting.
Step 3: Tighten and Fix
Use the dedicated locking screws to securely fasten the blade and holder. Ensure precise alignment and stable attachment.
Step 4: Install the Blade Guard
Once the blade assembly is installed, immediately cover the cutting edge with the protective blade sheath to prevent injuries and blade damage.
